We're confident you'll find value in IdeaScope. If your first paid research does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the conditions below.
Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee
Because IdeaScope delivers digital content that begins processing immediately, we are not legally required to offer refunds once a paid research run has started. However, we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid research run to make it safer to try the service.
This voluntary guarantee is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Eligibility Requirements
You may request a refund under this guarantee if all of the following conditions are met:
Your request is made within 7 calendar days of the payment date for your first paid research (Single Research or the first research you run using a Founding Pack credit).
You have completed no more than one paid research run on your account in total. If you have completed two or more paid research runs, this voluntary guarantee no longer applies.
You have not previously received a refund under this guarantee for this account.
Note: Later purchases (e.g., additional Single Research runs or additional Founding Packs) are not covered by this voluntary guarantee, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
What Can Be Refunded
Depending on how you purchased:
Single Research
We will refund the amount paid for that research run if the eligibility requirements above are met.
Founding Pack
If your first paid research was run using a Founding Pack credit, we will refund the full Founding Pack purchase, provided you have completed no more than one paid research run in total on your account. If a refund is issued, any remaining credits from that pack will be removed from your account.
We may ask for brief feedback on why you were not satisfied, but you are not required to provide detailed reasons.

Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Banks and card providers typically take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your account.
Any refunded research credits or related access will be removed from your account once the refund is processed.
Quality Concerns and Regeneration
If you are unhappy with the quality of a decision pack, you can contact us at support@ideascope.io.
Where possible, we may offer to regenerate or improve the pack at no additional cost. This does not remove your right to request a refund under the conditions above.
